Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager in Beijing: design, implement and optimize plant-focused total rewards programs across the China region, aligning with global guidelines while adapting to local conditions. Act as the C&B focal point for manufacturing plants in China, translating regional Total Rewards frameworks into practical local solutions for plant and blue-collar employees. Design and refine incentives and bonus programs linked to productivity, quality, safety, attendance and continuous improvement; lead annual compensation reviews; analyze labor cost, headcount utilization and incentive effectiveness; ensure compliance with local labor, social insurance and tax regulations; support market surveys and benchmarking for manufacturing roles; prepare regular reports on headcount, labor cost and incentive metrics; lead workforce planning and headcount budgeting for the plants; collaborate with Plant HR, Finance, and Global C&B to implement corporate policies across local operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with at least 2–3 years supporting manufacturing populations
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working under ambiguity and within fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Skilled at working within complex organizational structures, with the ability to navigate layered decision-making processes and build alignment across local teams
  • Proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience designing plant-level compensation and benefits programs
  • Knowledge of Chinese labor regulations and tax compliance
  • Multi-country total rewards experience is a plus
  • Strong data analytics and Excel skills
  • Fluent English communication and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor degree or higher in HR, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Ability to translate global guidelines into local total rewards solutions
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Ability to lead annual compensation review processes
