Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits Administrator at Falcon’s Beyond is responsible for managing employee benefits programs and supporting company-wide compensation initiatives to ensure accurate distribution and management of benefits and competitive total rewards. This in-office role combines administrative, analytical, strategic, and communication tasks to support both the company and employees, including administering benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leaves, retirement plans, equity plans, wellness), coordinating annual open enrollment, facilitating compensation programs (base salary structures, annual bonuses, short/long-term incentives, equity-based compensation), analyzing salary benchmarks, managing 401(k) administration with payroll coordination, vendor relationships, compliance with ERISA/HIPAA/ACA/COBRA/FMLA, preparing required filings (e.g., Form 5500), developing employee education materials, generating reports to track utilization and invoices, and providing guidance on retirement and other benefits. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in benefits administration, regulatory knowledge, data analysis, HRIS/ADP experience, exceptional communication, and a professional certification is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years working in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Experience supporting compensation programs including salary benchmarking, incentive plan administration, and analysis of market data
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; ADP proficiency preferred
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating employees and presenting to groups
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Will not require sponsor immigration case now or in the future
  • Valid driver’s license
