Job Summary

Compensation Associate in APAC delivering pay-range development, benchmarking analyses, and end-to-end compensation analytics for corporate and shared services teams. Responsibilities include developing and refreshing pay ranges using market data, conducting percentile benchmarking, translating results into decision-ready narratives and materials, analyzing pay competitiveness trends for annual planning and program calibration, delivering year-end analytics across multiple business areas, and surfacing outliers with recommended actions. Role emphasizes coordinating with HR and business stakeholders to validate data, maintain trackers, prepare senior-ready materials and decision packs, scheduling operating cadence activities, and driving process improvements through automation (e.g., Excel/VBA). Requires 4+ years in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, HR operations, or related fields; strong Excel skills; clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple deadlines; high discretion with confidential information; and collaboration across HR and business partners. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required; experience with APAC compensation practices and automation tools is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, data validation, and building analysis-ready outputs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently, prioritize effectively during peak cycles, and escalate risks early with a proposed path forward
  • High discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential compensation information
  • Strong collaboration skills and responsiveness when partnering with HR and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting compensation planning cycles, pay range development, offer review, or market benchmarking (preferred)
