Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, including benchmarking, merit/promotion budget oversight, and pay equity analyses. Assist in developing a data-driven total rewards structure that ensures market competitiveness, manages internal equity, and implements tools to automate compensation processes. Prepare regulatory reports, stay informed on employment laws, and communicate with stakeholders from front-line employees to executives while ensuring compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- +5 years proven experience in HR analytics and compensation design
- In-depth understanding of global market analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, compensation principles and practices
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Advanced to Expert skill level in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders from front-line employees to executives
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Fluent English language proficiency

- Familiarity with Radford and Willis Towers Watson benchmarking
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language
