Compensation and Payment Analyst

Job Summary
Coordinate sales commissions and third-party referral invoices monthly, gathering data on resident move-ins and move-outs to consolidate and track information across sales employees and communities. Establish processes that monitor payment guidelines and ensure all payments are accurate and timely based on contract terms or compensation plans. Collaborate with the Director of Accounts Payables, sales leadership, and sales employees to create reporting processes that track spending progress against prior years. Gather new resident move-in and move-out data each month, receive all paid referral invoices monthly, and create reports that monitor payment guidelines to avoid unnecessary spending or duplication. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Familiar with Salesforce and Yard
- Accountability and strong time management skills
- Highly disciplined with consistent follow through
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable conducting difficult conversations
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to think outside the box for solutions to problems
- Ability to review detailed documents
- Ability to read computer screens
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Travel is required
