Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the KSA country, manage benefits and HRIS processes, and coordinate regional C&B activities. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, validating payroll inputs, processing monthly payrolls and generating payslips and WPS files, preparing final settlement reports for leavers, preparing gratuity and leave accrual reports, ensuring confidentiality of salary data, liaising with finance on payroll-related entries, supporting annual payroll and benefits accrual audits and insurance renewals, updating payroll SOPs, and acting as the point of contact for payroll and benefits queries. The role requires collaboration across regional HR communities, strong numerical/analytical skills, and a focus on data integrity and system accuracy; preferred but not mandatory HR educational background, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
