Job Summary

Lead compensation and benefits administration by executing annual merit planning, incentive programs, and salary reviews while conducting market pricing and benchmarking analyses. Develop and maintain global job grading, leveling, and salary banding frameworks to support internal equity and market competitiveness. Manage all employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and wellness plans, serving as the primary relationship manager for third-party vendors and brokers. Oversee payroll administration and HRIS operations using UKG, ensuring system accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Partner with leadership on hiring recommendations, retention strategies, and organizational changes while preparing compensation reporting for executive leadership. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including FLSA, ACA, and pay transparency regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, or total rewards management
  • Strong hands-on experience administering UKG and managing HRIS platforms in a multi-state environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors including benefits providers, brokers, payroll vendors, and HR technology partners
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, payroll processes, and employment laws
  • Advanced Excel skills including reporting, analytics, data modeling, and reconciliation
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations environments preferred
  • Experience with HRIS implementations, system integrations, or vendor transitions preferred
