Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive job evaluations, establish job classifications, and determine salary grades by analyzing salary surveys and internal data. Support the development and management of compensation structures and policies while participating in industry salary surveys and benchmark studies. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with strategy, monitor budgets, and translate workforce analytics into actionable insights for decision-making. Execute annual salary budgets, merit cycles, and incentive plan audits using HRIS systems. This full-time exempt role at Utica National Insurance Group involves maintaining HR technology solutions and designing reporting interfaces to drive strategic business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3+ years of Compensation or related HR experience involving job evaluation and salary structures
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Compensation Role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience participating in salary surveys, compensation tool administration, and/or market tool administration
