Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst at SWBC will design, implement, and manage compensation programs while conducting job evaluations and market analysis to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Essential responsibilities include conducting job analysis interviews, benchmarking against market data, administering incentive programs, and providing guidance on salary planning. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in compensation systems, particularly with Fair Labor Standards compliance and HCM applications, is crucial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in compensation programs
- Knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Ability to identify ethical and legal issues in a business environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related Business field preferred
- Familiarity with HCM applications, preferably Workday HCM
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
