Responsibilities include supporting job architecture design, participating in annual compensation reviews, managing external salary survey participation, and collaborating with Finance and People & Culture to refine compensation processes. Requires advanced MS Excel skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication across levels and diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience in compensation including job evaluation, salary surveys, pay structure design, job families, career ladders, and compensation policy development
