Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, leading annual salary review processes, benchmarking market competitiveness, ensuring compliance with FLSA/EEO regulations, developing pay grades and career leveling, preparing governance and detailed compensation reports, and partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align rewards with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and data-interpretation skills, proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems, and the ability to deliver strategic recommendations with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis or HR roles with a focus on compensation
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws related to compensation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with compensation tools or platforms (e.g., PayScale, MarketPay, or similar) preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident
