Job Summary
Compensation Analyst responsible for administering and assisting in the development of domestic and global compensation programs, including salary survey participation, annual compensation benchmarking, salary administration, and maintenance of salary structures. Responsibilities include analyzing job roles for appropriate compensation grades, contributing to design/implementation of compensation strategy, developing and maintaining reporting tools and data integrity, administering incentive plans, and preparing compensation training materials. Requires strong Excel/data analysis skills and experience in creating reports for HR and leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas and large data sets)
- Demonstrated data collection, analytic and data reporting/presentation skills required
