Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Design base pay programs, incentive plans, and global reward structures to support Xperi's pay-for-performance philosophy. Prepare salary analyses, evaluate market trends, and recommend revisions to company compensation programs. Review job descriptions to assess appropriate compensation levels and design, develop, and administer global pay structures. Manage initiatives such as annual focal planning, management bonus plans, and FLSA audits by developing project plans and leading design, implementation, and communication efforts. Provide compensation guidance, training, and regulatory updates to HR and leadership teams. Partner with HRIS to ensure compensation tools run smoothly and collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop compensation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of directly related compensation experience
- Strong knowledge and experience working with broad-based, incentive, and equity compensation
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and other regulatory guidelines
- Extremely detail-oriented—able to provide accurate data and concise, meaningful reporting
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with ability to draw conclusions, themes and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions
- Strong organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking
- Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (lookups, arrays, pivot tables)
- Broad knowledge of compensation practices across Americas
