Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Compensation Analyst responsible for designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. Partners with People & Culture leadership, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to evaluate pay structures, conduct market benchmarking, support salary planning, ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and policies, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include benchmarking and market pricing, developing and maintaining salary structures and job architecture, evaluating job descriptions, assisting in annual compensation cycles and incentive programs, creating reports and dashboards, monitoring pay trends and regulatory changes, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and supporting budgeting and workforce planning related to compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, total rewards, or related HR functions
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Experience using compensation survey tools (Salary.com, Mercer, Radford, PayScale, etc.)
- Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive plans, and market pricing
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or Dayforce
