Job Summary

Respond to compensation inquiries from employees and managers regarding salary offers, promotions, and equity reviews. Complete and submit market surveys, validate internal and external pay data, and maintain salary structures and job pricing summaries. Execute annual processes for merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs while partnering with People Technology to ensure accurate Workday transactions. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on new hire offers. Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of HR experience including 2 years in HRIS data management, and Workday proficiency. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; relocation is not provided.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CCP
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience
  • 2 years of experience in HRIS data management
  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Integrity and the ability to work with confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
