Job Summary

Conduct published compensation surveys and analyze market trends to ensure positions remain competitive and align with organizational objectives. Generate salary quotes for new hires, transfers, and promotions while maintaining compensation policies and coordinating employee changes within the payroll system. Evaluate provider productivity relative to compensation and prepare special reports on pay practices and equity analysis. Support management decision-making by predicting future costs and providing guidance on compensation-related inquiries. Participate in annual pay equity analysis and benchmarking to drive market adjustments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources or other related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, specific to provider productivity and compensation
