Job Summary
Analyze job architecture, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure pay equity while maintaining accurate HRIS data and compliance. Support job evaluation and classification to align roles with global standards, update job catalogs, and resolve discrepancies in salary tiers. Generate compensation reports, identify pay equity gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for merit cycles and promotions. Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and leaders to explain complex structures and guide job evaluations. Uphold safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance for audits. Manage multiple priorities to build a scalable, equitable compensation framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, or total rewards
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Hayes, Payscale, or similar)
- Experience with HRIS/Compensation modules (e.g., UKG, Workday, HRSoft, BetterComp, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP, or working toward certification)
- Experience within a global or multi-national organization
