Job Summary
Conduct market analysis, perform job evaluations, and develop job specifications to support annual salary planning and salary program administration. Execute internal equity reviews, measure external competitiveness, and audit pay practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations. Serve as the primary resource for compensation policy guidance to HR business partners and business leaders while advising on position classification and reward strategy implementation. Prepare job descriptions, recommend compensation levels and salary ranges, and communicate findings in a customer-focused format. Complete assigned compensation surveys, analyze statistical data reflecting market trends, and document findings for appropriate solutions. Requires permanent residence in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., or Florida; $43.00 hourly pay rate; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule; 100% remote with efficient home internet.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years compensation experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- HRIS and compensation management tools experience
- Employee will be required to have efficiently working home internet
- Applicants must hold their permanent residence in one of the following locations to be considered for this position: Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., or Florida
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- SAP and Kronos experience
