Job Summary
Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and competitive pay analyses to evaluate the Company's practices relative to applicable labor markets. Support annual salary planning, promotion analyses, and special compensation reviews through accurate data interpretation. Perform pay equity and internal equity studies to identify trends and inconsistencies, while coordinating participation in compensation surveys and validating market data. Prepare workforce and labor-cost analyses to support executive decision-making. Assist with FLSA classification reviews by evaluating job duties and escalating concerns to management. Provide analytical guidance on Total Rewards initiatives, incentive studies, and policy development. This role requires five years of HR experience and proficiency in Power BI, Dayforce, and advanced Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- significant experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a closely related HR function
- Experience evaluating complex compensation matters and developing recommendations for management
- Experience with FLSA classification analysis
- Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex compensation and workforce data
- Knowledge of FLSA classification principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Power BI experience
- Dayforce experience
- HRIS system experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- experience in compensation, market pricing and benchmarking, salary administration, job analysis, and interpretation of compensation and workforce data
- Experience evaluating complex compensation matters and developing recommendations for management
- Experience with FLSA classification analysis, salary structures, pay equity/internal equity analysis, incentive compensation, and compensation surveys
