Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct daily compensation evaluations for promotions, market adjustments, and new hire recommendations while maintaining salary structures through annual studies. Provide data-driven insights by monitoring industry trends, performing job audits in the HR system, and fulfilling ad hoc analytics requests. Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Create communications, presentations, and supporting materials for the compensation cycle. This role is remote within 13 states, with relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years compensation experience
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with major survey vendors, conducting salary surveys, performing ad hoc analysis, and creating salary structures
- Expert level Excel user with strong analytical, mathematical, and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- High level of professionalism and ability to work at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, MI, MA, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY
