Job Summary
Analyze and model global sales variable compensation, administer commissions and incentives, and prepare management reports while supporting automation and process improvements for regional sales Leaders and the Compensation Manager. Responsibilities include running monthly commission processes, maintaining compensation structures, modeling pay-for-performance plans across roles from inside sales to senior management, calculating incentive payouts, tracking performance against KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to optimize sales programs. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), SQL/VBA, Excel, and CRM integration is valuable; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 Years’ Experience in sales compensation and data analytics
- Power BI
- Compensation modeling, incentive plan administration
- Data analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft SQL and VBA/Macros
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
