Job Summary
Conduct analysis for gender pay gap reporting and prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive audits. Support the design and management of compensation programs by managing job family architecture, assessing job levels, and performing market benchmarking. Ensure compliance with country-specific pay laws, manage data audits within Workday, and facilitate annual compensation reviews. Partner with business leaders to execute compensation strategy aligned with organizational priorities. Maintain strict confidentiality while translating complex data findings into clear reports.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive compensation experience
- Compensation experience preferably within the financial services industry
- Compensation experience preferably within a large corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience analysing and utilising complex data
- Strong applied analytical and maths skills
- Understanding and interest in regulatory compensation and remuneration practices
- Understanding of regulatory compensation and remuneration practices across UK/EMEA
- Proven understanding of total compensation including base pay and variable pay programs
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to analyse, synthesise, and draw conclusions from data
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to effectively engage and coordinate stakeholders
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation data
