Job Summary
Provide personal and practical care in line with each client's individual care plan, including assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties. Support clients to maintain their independence and remain active in the community while offering companionship and social support. Treat every client with dignity, privacy, and respect, and report concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management. Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of care at all times. Full-time and part-time roles available with pay ranging from €14.15 to €17.00 per hour. Paid induction and mandatory training provided where required.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland
- Applicants must have completed, or be currently studying towards, the following QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills
- Applicants must have completed, or be currently studying towards, the following QQI Level 5 modules: Care of the Older Person
- International Police Clearance will be required where applicable
- Demonstrate compassion, patience and empathy
- Are dependable, attentive and committed to providing high-quality care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and internal teams
- Can work independently and follow individual care plans
- Understand the importance of dignity, privacy and respect
- Follow company policies, procedures and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
