Job Summary
Provide compassionate home health aide care within the Hospice Department RAP Program at an assisted living facility. Deliver healing, helping, and comforting services to patients as part of the Hospice Division team. Maintain current CNA and HHA certifications and hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
