Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Prepare simple meals and help with light daily tasks while monitoring clients to report concerns to the RN. Maintain accurate documentation and strictly follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines. Treat every client with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Ensure no prohibited procedures such as administering medication or changing sterile dressings are performed outside the plan of care. Required Qualifications
- Meets agency hiring requirements.
