Job Summary
Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude; help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment; assist with activities of daily living (e.g., walking, grooming, bathing); assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities; utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed; in-home setting serving clients in their own homes; flexible schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement; training and development offered; mileage reimbursement; benefits include holiday pay and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance
- Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test
- Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
- Personal or professional caregiving experience (1+ years)
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration - if not already registered, we'll assist with the process
