Job Summary
Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude. Assist clients with activities of daily living (e.g., walking, grooming, bathing) and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. Assist with errands, appointments, and social activities; utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress. Flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement; benefits include weekly pay, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and professional development. In-home setting serving clients in their own homes; related duties include documenting progress and maintaining quality standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance
- Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test
- Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
- Personal or professional caregiving experience (1+ years)
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration - if not already registered, we'll assist with the process
