Job Summary
Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to seniors and individuals to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Duties include companionship, personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation, transportation to appointments/errands, following individualized care plans, and professional communication with families and team members. Requires valid driver’s license and auto insurance, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills; prior CNA/HHA/Home Care experience preferred. Travel reimbursement and flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) are available, with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
- Willingness to complete all required employment screenings and onboarding requirements
