Job Summary
Assist a 95-year-old retired U.S. Air Force veteran with showers, personal hygiene, incontinence care, laundry, and mobility using a walker or wheelchair. Prepare meals, ensure hydration, and administer medication reminders while monitoring comfort and well-being. Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to maintain dignity and reduce isolation. Help the client move safely and keep his living space clean and organized. This full-time Sunday through Saturday role includes daily pay, health benefits, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate and dependable attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
- Passion for helping seniors live with dignity and independence
- Understands hospice or end-of-life care (preferred but not required)
