Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver providing one-on-one support in Warminster, PA. Responsibilities include safely transferring clients, assisting with bathing/grooming, mobility support, light housekeeping (changing linens, laundry, clean living areas), implementing medication and wellness checks with timely reminders, documenting care notes, and communicating changes to the RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program or CNA (or equivalent), and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Must have at least 2 years of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling with morning and evening shifts; mileage reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities provided.
