Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care for seniors, including personal care (bathing/grooming), companionship, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands. Maintain clear communication with families, teammates, and office staff. Requires 2+ years caregiver experience; driver’s license preferred; background check and drug screening required; vaccination proof required. Bilingual skills (Spanish/Russian/Italian) a plus. Flexible schedules with weekend/couples shifts and an employee referral program. Competitive pay based on experience and shift type.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on caregiving experience (senior care preferred)
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred
- Completed or ability to complete a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or Chest X-Ray
- Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Hospice care experience is a plus
- Background check, references, and drug screening required
- Spanish, Russian, or Italian language skills are a plus
