Job Summary
Vice President role in the company secretarial function for a leading global financial services firm. Provides full company secretarial support to a portfolio of regulated and unregulated UK/EMEA entities and board committees, including Secretariat to PRA and FCA boards/committees, minuting for the UK-listed standard, governance papers, and annual/reports governance. Advises directors on secretarial matters and governance best practice, conducts inductions, handles director duties and conflicts training, and oversees regulatory filings. Lead governance projects and oversee a cosec team in Mumbai; interact with C-suite and independent non-executive directors; travel to London for quarterly in-person meetings. Essential to be a qualified lawyer or company secretary with at least 10 years' experience; strong stakeholder management and familiarity with governance tools (e.g., Blueprint, Boardvantage). Flexible working arrangements are mentioned.
