Job Summary
Provide high-quality administrative and governance support to the Company Secretary, maintaining governance artefacts and action tracking to ensure materials are accurate, timely, and well-controlled. Support disciplined information flows to the Board and Committees while facilitating the efficient corporate administration of Australian ING entities. Liaise with executives, senior management, and internal teams across all corporate governance activities to demonstrate effective oversight and follow-through within the organisation's risk management framework. This 12-month contract requires 1-3 years of experience in governance administration or executive board support, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a strong understanding of regulated finance services governance environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in governance administration, legal operations, corporate services or providing executive/board support with a corporate environment
- Proven experience in effectively supporting senior stakeholders, operating with discretion in confidential matters
Desired Qualifications
- Highly desirable to have had exposure to regulated finance services governance (APRA/ASIC environments)
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- ideally; experience with governance systems/portals
- Time management, prioritisation skills, high attention to detail, version control, document hygiene and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability
- Growth mindset; willingness to embrace new technology to implement efficiencies and continuously improve
