Job Summary
Company Route Driver responsible for safely transporting tortillas and materials to grocery stores on a set route, loading/unloading, maintaining travel logs, performing daily vehicle inspections, and using maps/GPS to optimize routes. Requires experience with handheld and printer for invoices, knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) to grocery stores, ability to load from warehouse and unload to accounts, merchandising experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), be 23+ years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and possess strong punctuality, reliability, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- MUST be 23 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes
- The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
- Punctual and reliable
- This is not a remote or hybrid position.
