Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for Company Operations at Inspire, based in the Atlanta Global Support Center, onsite five days a week. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting and support to Company Restaurant Leadership teams and Support Center leadership; support the annual budget process and recurring forecasts; collaborate with FP&A, shared services, and Operations Finance partners; drive forecast accuracy through variance analysis and data-driven insights; develop and expand standardized reporting to deliver a clear picture of consolidated performance; prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management (monthly business summaries, budgets, quarterly/ intra-period forecasts, quarterly BOD presentations); build and assess key budget assumptions with Operations, Brand and Shared Service stakeholders; liaise between Company Ops Finance and Corporate FP&A to meet stakeholder needs; demonstrate advanced Excel skills and ERP/ePBCS know-how; guide cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with leadership; ensure accuracy of information and provide excellent customer service to Operations and Support Center teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- 2-4+ years experience in finance, accounting, and/or operational analysis
- Advanced knowledge of restaurant or retail operations and finance
- Advanced ERP/ePBCS knowledge and/or data extraction experience
- Ability to envision new processes and structures at a high-level and implement
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and creating clear lines of communication
- Ability to present clearly and concisely to senior leadership
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of database applications including Microsoft Access as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong listening, communication and influencing skills
- Advanced understanding and working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Sound knowledge of accounting and accounting principles
- Strong curiosity with continuous improvement mindset and drive to support others with highly relevant/actionable insights
