Job Summary
Execute company formation and residency processes for InZone clients while handling license renewals and updating portal reminders. Prepare compliance check documents for officer review and coordinate daily correspondence from clients and authorities. Issue invoices and file tax documents in both hard and soft copies, maintaining up-to-date records for all relevant materials. Meet with clients as needed to explain service processes and costs, supporting revenue targets by offering additional services. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with at least one year of experience working with Free Zones or Corporate Services Providers in the UAE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good sales planning skills
- Highly structured and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
