Job Summary
Operate flatbed, step deck, and RGN trucks on regional and OTR line haul routes, managing 29% of gross line haul. Maintain a clean driving record with no DOT-preventable accidents, speeding tickets, or cell phone violations in the last 36 months. Drive for 95% customer-based freight across Indiana and surrounding regions, adhering to strict safety protocols and company policies. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $72,800 to $114,400 annually, including 100% of tarping and chaining fees, per diem up to $66/day, and various bonuses. Candidates must possess at least two years of verifiable CDL-A experience with one year of recent flatbed operation. Required Qualifications
- 2 full years of CDL-A experience
- 12 months flatbed experience
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience with a Class-A CDL
- 1 year of recent flatbed experience in the last 3 years
- No DOT-preventable accidents within the last 36 months
- No more than 6 employers within the last 36 months
- No more than 1 speeding ticket within the last 36 months
- No cell phone violations within the last 36 months
