Job Summary
Conduct over-the-road hauling with an average of 3,000–3,500 miles weekly as a solo driver or 5,500–6,500 miles weekly as a team driver. Earn $0.65 per mile on all loaded and empty miles, plus $20 per additional pickup or delivery. Maintain clean, on-road vehicle inspections to qualify for a $250 bonus and ensure no preventable accidents or major traffic violations occur. Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test requirements while adhering to a schedule of 48 working weeks. Receive weekly direct deposit payroll based on practical miles, with $100 pay advances and full trip expense reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Class A commercial driver's license
- 2 yrs OTR experience
- No more than 4 traffic violations in last 3 years
- No major preventable accidents, reckless driving
- No drug or alcohol convictions in last 10 years
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test
- No drug related felonies or misdemeanors
