Job Summary
Senior Marketing Specialist responsible for bridging Atomic Object's central marketing with four local office markets (Ann Arbor, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Raleigh). Executes the local marketing agenda to influence pipeline and visibility, partners with managing partner teams, and travels to all offices annually. Roles include Business Development Enablement, Events planning, Thought Leadership activities, Public Relations, Local Digital Marketing, Community Engagement, Brand Collateral access, and Operational Standards. Responsibilities also cover team coordination, maintaining office playbooks, Notion task organization, and contributing to marketing and recruiting activities. Requires 5+ years of marketing experience, strong stakeholder management, event planning, relationship-building, adaptability, and familiarity with AI tools and marketing tech (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics). Hybrid work with ~60% in-office presence and annual travel to all four offices. Total cash compensation range $75,000 - $95,000 per year with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, agency account management, or a consulting environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events of varying scale
- Proven experience building and maintaining external relationships on behalf of an organization
- Comfortable with a wide range of tactical work: writing, logistics, research, digital updates
- Relationship-oriented — you build trust with people quickly and follow through consistently
- Curious about AI tools and actively working to grow your fluency over time
- Ability to travel to all four offices annually
