Job Summary
Companion Caregiver for visiting elders in Lawton, Duncan, Altus, Chickasha, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include helping with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, encouraging exercise, prompting medication at correct times, assisting with shopping and groceries, planning and preparing meals in collaboration with clients, and mobility support including doctor visits and walks. Preparedness to respond to medical emergencies and to report health changes. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation to client visits, strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response. Flexible shift options include Full Time, Part Time, PRN with 8, 10, 12-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
