Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and light housekeeping for elderly clients while encouraging exercise and preparing meals. Assist with mobility, ambulation, and errands such as shopping, prompting medication adherence, and reporting health changes during medical emergencies. Act quickly in case of medical incidents and comply with state health and safety standards. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, First Aid training, and the ability to pass background checks. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
