Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance, manage light housekeeping, and encourage clients to meet exercise goals. Prompt clients to take prescription medications at the right times, assist with shopping and grocery tasks, and plan meals based on client ability. Provide mobility and ambulation support ranging from indoor navigation to doctor visits and walks. Act quickly in medical emergencies by reporting health changes or unusual circumstances. Maintain high school diploma, reliable transportation, and First Aid training while complying with state health and safety standards. Work part-time shifts including 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks and PRN short shifts. Enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance, PPE, holiday pay, and weekly direct deposit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
