Job Summary
Build long-lasting one-on-one relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support their independence in community settings. Assist clients with daily activities such as budgeting, socializing, shopping, and using public transportation while ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage clients in hobbies and activities like Special Olympics to foster dignity and respect. Work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends with short commute times. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for providing opportunities to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
