Job Summary
Care Navigator (Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant) provides remote monitoring and guides patients through home-exercise therapy, supervises therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our technology platform; maintains records, supports clinician feedback, and helps improve platform processes while managing a caseload. Requires PTA license in a compact state, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and 2+ years of musculoskeletal health experience; must be tech-savvy with EHR/multi-platform environments and possess strong communication and data presentation skills to drive patient outcomes in a remote-care startup setting.
