Job Summary
Care Navigator position for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide remote musculoskeletal care via a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include remote monitoring of patients, guiding home-exercise therapy, directing and assisting users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training, providing ongoing feedback to clinicians, maintaining records, improving platform processes, and managing a caseload. Requires a DPT/physical therapy degree and active license in a compact state, 2+ years of musculoskeletal experience preferred, strong communication and data-collection skills, and comfort with multi-platform technology. This is a full-time, remote-capable role with compensation in the hourly range of $30.40-$38.00 USD plus up to 12% ICP; location noted as Pittsburgh, PA, USA with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
