Job Summary
Care Navigator (PTA) working remotely to support patients through a home-exercise therapy program. Responsibilities include remote monitoring and direct/assistive therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our platform; provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician; maintain records; help improve platform functionality; organize and manage a caseload efficiently; applicant should be empathetic, process-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Requires PTA license in a compact state, graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, 2+ years in musculoskeletal health is a plus, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive across multiple systems (EHR, scheduling, messaging). Hourly salary range $20.80-$26.00 plus up to 12% ICP. Our environment supports a work-from-anywhere model with unlimited PTO and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in a compact state
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Tech Savvy with multi-platform environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
