Job Summary
Care Navigator role providing remote monitoring and therapeutic support for musculoskeletal health via our platform. Responsibilities include remote monitoring of patients, directing and assisting with therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training; providing ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress; maintaining records and notes; improving platform processes; and organizing a caseload while working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in a compact state
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
