Care Navigator supports patients remotely through home-exercise therapy, engaging users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our platform; provides ongoing feedback to clinicians, maintains records, improves platform processes, and manages a caseload while working in a remote, startup healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active PTA license in a compact state
- 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Tech Savvy with multi-platform environment experience
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to manage a caseload and multi-task
