Job Summary
Drive and develop work on salary structure, job architecture, and compensation principles. Plan, coordinate, and quality-assure salary review processes while managing salary surveys and analyses related to gender equality, internal fairness, and pay transparency. Manage and develop the benefits portfolio, including pension offerings and insurance solutions. Produce analyses, decision-making materials, and reports within Compensation & Benefits. Serve as expert support to HR and managers on salary, compensation, and benefits issues. Develop and quality-assure guidelines, processes, and policy documents. Work three days in the office with flexibility for remaining days. Submit your application by August 2, as we use assessments during the selection process.
Required Qualifications
- Flerårig erfarenhet inom Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards eller liknande specialistområde
- Erfarenhet av lönerevision, lönekartläggning och löneanalyser
- God kunskap om lönestruktur, ersättningsprinciper och relevanta regelverk
- Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
