Job Summary
Safely transport passengers along predefined assigned routes in a courteous, timely, and reliable manner while providing exceptional customer service. Comply with traffic laws and dispatch instructions; complete required written reports and documentation for the vehicle and performance; maintain daily logs for operational issue tracking. Must hold a Class A or B license with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements and a current DOT Medical Certificate, have at least 3 years of commercial driving experience, a clean driving record, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English to perform essential duties. This in-person role is based in Fremont, CA, and involves engaging with riders across commuter/shuttle operations.
